Brother is Sean Cossey. He was going to play the Ghost Clown in Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed (2004), but the studio changed most of the monsters to CGI. He was Charlie Sheen's Dance/Stunt double in Scary Movie 3, in which he got to fight Michael Jackson. He was nominated for an MTV Award for choreography.
