16th December 2006: Fans at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, Australia got a fantastic surprise when Dannii joined her sister Kylie Minogue on stage for a rip-roaring rendition of Kylie's hit: "Kids"! The sisters thrilled the sell-out crowd at Kylie's "Showgirl Homecoming Tour". This marked the first time the Minogue sisters have performed a song together for over 19 years. January 2003: The Official Dannii Minogue 2003 Calendar, shot by Sandrine Dulmero & Michael Labica, is named #10 amongst the Top 10 biggest selling calenders of 2002 in the UK!. Single, "I Begin To Wonder", was a #2 Dance record in the US June 2004: Due to popular demand "Come And Get It" (Dannii Minogue vs JCA) is released as a single in Germany only. 23rd September 2005: She continued her assault on the UK club scene as "Perfection (Turn Me Upside Down)" (with the Soul Seekerz) shot to #1 on the UK Upfront Club Chart (her 9th consecutive single to do this); and climbed 14 places to #2 on the Commercial Pop Club Chart. On 17th October 2005, the song was released as a single in the UK on Maxi CD, 2 track Mini CD and 12" Picture Disc Vinyl. The 2-track Mini CD featured the previously unreleased song "I've Been Waiting For You", while the maxi-CD featured six club mixes alongside the video. The limited edition 12" Picture Disc featured unique artwork and club mixes from Kenny Hayes, Koishi & Hush, Bobby Blanco and Miki Moto. The song was accompanied by a video directed by Rob Kaplan, and filmed on a million pound yacht in Mallorca. The dance style in the video clip for "Perfection" is called Oriental Disco. The song entered the UK charts at #11. The single was released in Australia on 30th January 2006 through Central Station Records and peaked at #13.

July 2002: Customised her own lipstick for "Cosmetics - a la carte". Dannii is one of ten celebrities involved in The Lipstick For Life collection. They are sold in aid of the br**st Cancer Campaign.
October 2003: The Official Dannii Minogue 2004 Danilo Calender was released. The calender features photographs taken by her friend and photographer Steve Shaw.
September 1990: Second single from the album "Dannii", "$ucce$$" was released in Australia, giving her a second Australian Top 40 hit. On 6th May 1991, a new remix of the single entered the UK charts at #21, and peaked at #11 two weeks later. The single was released as a 7" vinyl, a Limited Edition 7" picture disc vinyl, a 7" vinyl box pack, a 12" vinyl, CD and Cassette singles and was accompanied by a music video directed by Paul Goldman & Craig Griffin.
September 1996: The Australian 1997 Dannii calendar is imported to the UK by popular demand and became the fastest selling import, selling at a peak of 4-1 to Oasis. The calendar also sold over 35,000 copies in the first month of release.

21st September 1991: Following the success of her debut Japanese album "Party Jam", Dannii bowed to public demand in the territory and issued a collection of the best remixes from the project called "Love + Kisses: UK Remixes". The album was released in Japan only and was only available on CD.
Wednesday 9th August 2006: Attended the opening of "Celebrity" by Robin Sellick Exhibition at the Atrium, Crown Casino, Southbank in Melbourne, Australia. "Celebrity" is a free photo exhibition including portraits of more than 50 prominent Australians, including Dannii. The exhibition will travel to Sydney and Auckland through 2006 and will tour the United States in 2007.
29th October 2003: "Young Talent Time: The Collection" is released on DVD and VHS in Australia. Between 1971 and 1988, "Young Talent Time" (1971) was Australia's most popular entertainment show. Dannii first appeared on the show in 1979 and spent nearly six years performing every week as a permanent member of the team. This collection featured over three hours of footage, including tons of footage of Dannii. This is where it all started for Dannii and her first solo tracks appear on various Young Talent Time albums. Some of her performances included on the release include: "Teddy Bear", "Dirty Diana", "True Blue", "Material Girl" and the duet with her sister Kylie Minogue "Sisters Are Doing It For Themselves".

16th November 1998: The single "Coconut/Heaven Can Wait" is exclusively released in Australia with brand new exclusive remixes of "Heaven Can Wait". This is the fourth single release to be lifted from her third studio album "Girl". Released on CD only, the track listing included: "Coconut (Album Version)", as well as the bonus tracks, "Everybody Changes Under Water" from the album "Girl", "Someone New" (from the Japanese edition of the album "Girl"), and the exclusive remixes: "Heaven Can Wait (Original 7" Version)", "Heaven Can Wait (Trouser Enthusiast's Cloud Nine Mix)" and "Heaven Can Wait (D-Bops Innocent Girl Mix)". The single was accompanied by a special montage video comprising of clips from the "All I Wanna Do", "Everything I Wanted" and "Disremembrance" videos.
9th June 2003: "Don't Wanna Lose This Feeling", the fourth single release from her fourth album "Neon Nights" is released in the UK on 12" Vinyl, CD and cassette. All formats included the Madonna Bootleg Mix of "Don't Wanna Lose This Groove". The CD also included the b-side "Goodbye Song", as well as the enhanced CD-ROM music video. It hit the Top 5 in the UK peaking at #5. This became her fourth consecutive Top 10 single in the UK. The song also hit #1 on the UK Upfront Chart, her seventh consecutive single to do this. On Monday, 14th July 2003, it was released in Australia as a 5-track CD single including the Extended Madonna Bootleg Mix and Stella Brown Vocal Remix, both unavailable elsewhere. The song debuted at #22 in Australia. On Tuesday, 9th September 2003, it was released in France where it peaked at #40. The French CD included different cover artwork than the Australian/UK release and featured an exclusive "I Begin To Wonder (E-Mixer)", where you can mix the track on screen via Flash Player. In April 2004, "Don't Wanna Lose This Feeling" entered the US Dance Airplay Chart when it hit #8. This single was released in place of another song called "Creep". This was sadly the last single from the album "Neon Nights". The planned fifth single "It Won't Work Out" was never released. The single was accompanied by a hot video directed by Phil Griffin. A remix video for "Don't Wanna Lose This Groove" was also released to the media.
Her single "I begin to wonder" charted at #2 in the UK Singles Charts (behind Christina Aguilera's Beautiful) and was her highest charting single.
December 1992: Voted amongst the World's Top 5 Best Female Stars by the readers of "Big Magazine" in the UK.
October 1993: Her second album "Get Into You" was released in the UK and peaked at #52. In April 1992, she flew back to London to commence writing tracks for the album. Keith Cohen was featured on mixing credits while Steve Hurley, Chantay Savage and Dannii herself were on writing credits. Eric Foster White also wrote a song especially for her. The album was released on LP, Picture CD and Cassette. The album featured the singles: "Show You The Way To Go", "Love's On Every Corner", "This Is It!", "This Is The Way" and "Get Into You".
19th November 2001: "Who Do You Love Now? (Stringer)", (a collaboration with Riva) was released in the UK. Reaching #3 on the UK chart, #1 on the UK Upfront Club Chart (her fourth consecutive single to do this) and selling over 160,000 copies in the UK, it became one of the years top selling singles. In March 2003, the French version of the song "Est Ce Que Tu M'Aimes Encore" was released as a double a-side with "I Begin To Wonder" in France and entered the French Top 10 sales chart at number 7. Certified Gold in Australia, it was her fourth Gold Record in her native Australia. Released on CD, cassette and 12" vinyl, this was the first single to be lifted from the forthcoming album "Neon Nights". The single was accompanied by a video directed by David Chaudoir. A 10 track CD maxi single, including the music video was also released.
19th June 2006: Compilation album "The Hits & Beyond" is released in the UK, where it peaked at #17. The CD is a collection of Dannii's biggest hits, plus it also includes five brand new tracks. The amazing 20-track CD featured 15 classic smash hit singles including "All I Wanna Do", "I Begin To Wonder", "This Is It", "Put The Needle On It", "Love + Kisses", "Who Do You Love Now? (Stringer)", "Jump To The Beat", "Baby Love", "You Won't Forget About Me (Flower Power)", "Perfection (Turn Me Upside Down)", "$ucce$$" and the brand new single "So Under Pressure". A Special Edition CD version containing a 16 track bonus DVD featuring 16 music videos was also released. On Monday 7th August 2006, the album was released in Australia by Central Station Records and peaked at #67 on the ARIA Chart. The new tracks on the album include the new single "So Under Pressure", "Sunrise", "Good Times (Feel So Alive", "Gone", "I Can't Sleep At Night" and the amazing "Love Fight". On being asked if there is more to come after this album, Dannii replied: "Does 'la Minogue' wear heals?!".
October 2003: Voted the 13th Sexiest Woman In The World by UK newspaper "News of The World", beating fellow pop stars Britney Spears, Beyoncu00e9 Knowles & Holly Valance.
Saturday 20th September 2003: Is crowned Best Female Artist at the 2003 Disney Channel Kids Awards at London's Royal Albert Hall. Her single "I Begin To Wonder" was also nominated for Best Single. She was also the only act to perform two songs at the ceremony. Several UK newspapers report that "Dannii stole the show".

October 1990: Within two weeks of release, her self-titled debut album, "Dannii", raced up the Australian charts. The album was written and recorded mostly in New York with producers Alvin Moody and Vincent Bell. In April 1991, the album was released in Japan, under the name "Party Jam". On 3rd June 1991, the album, after considerable remixing, was released in Europe and Asia, and retitled, "Love + Kisses". Although originally released as a 10 track album in the UK and Japan, this new re-release featured two new singles "Jump To The Beat" and "Baby Love". In the UK, the album peaked at #8. In August 1991, after two months in the UK Top 40 the album, "Love And Kisses" went Gold. In October 1991, UK Smash Hits readers nominated the album for 'Album Of The Year'. The album was released on CD, 12" Vinyl and Cassette; and featured the singles: "Love + Kisses", "$ucce$$", "Jump To The Beat", "Baby Love" and "Don't Wanna Take This Pain".

September 2006: Recorded her first-ever festive track: "I'll Be Home For Christmas" to be released on the "2006 Spirit Of Christmas" album, exclusively available through Myer stores across Australia. She performed the song with a forty piece live orchestra at "Carols By Candlelight", at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne, Australia on Christmas Eve 2006. This special sell-out evening, raised money for the charity Vision Australia.

December 1998: "Dannii: The Singles", a collection of all Dannii's 14 Australian single releases to date, is released in Australia only. The album was released to celebrate 25 years of Mushroom Records in Australia. Mushroom Records was Dannii's first record company. On Saturday, 14th November 1998, Dannii performed two tracks "This Is It!" and "All I Wanna Do" at the Mushroom 25th Anniversary Concert, held at the MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground), in her hometown of Melbourne, Australia in front of 80,000 people. Her sister Kylie Minogue also performed at the event. This compilation of all her Australian singles released from 1991 to 1998 was released on Picture CD only.

22nd October 2004: Is appointed as the Ambassador for Young People for the Terrence Higgins Trust - the UK's leading HIV and sexual health charity. In December 2004, she assisted them in launching a campaign to raise awareness about HIV and encourage support from the public. The Wear Your Ribbon campaign coincided to promote World AIDS Day 2004. For the 2005 campaign, Dannii posed for a new photograph (funded by Hello! Magazine) to promote World AIDS Day 2005. It was hoped the photograph would help promote sales of the World AIDS Day red ribbons which directly raise funds for the Terrence Higgins Trust.

She first appeared on the show in October 1979 as a talent discovery singing "On The Good Ship Lollipop". In December 1985, Dannii's first solo song "Material Girl", originally recorded by Madonna, was released on the "Young Talent Time" (1971) album "Now And Then". In July 1987, a concert appearance with "Young Talent Time" (1971) at a Sydney Shopping Centre turned into a riot as 17,000 fans mobbed the team, leaving several people injured. In August 1987, the "Young Talent Time" (1971) album "Phenomenon" was released. Peaking at #8 in the UK, the album had already sold over 100,000 copies in its first month of release. In May 2003, it was released in France. Monday, 12th June 2006: Single "So Under Pressure" is released in the UK on Maxi CD, Mini CD & 12" Vinyl. The Mini CD includes the exclusive bonus track, produced by J.C.A, "Feel Like I Do"; the The Maxi CD features the #1 club remixes (including Soul Seekerz, Thriller Jill and Riff & Rays) plus the "So Under Pressure" video. On Monday 31st July 2006, the single was released in Australia by Central Station Records as a 2 CD set. On 29th June 2006, the single hit #1 on the UK Upfront Club Chart and became her 10th consecutive single to do this. Named "The Queen Of The Clubs", she was now officially the best performing artist on the Upfront Club Chart's history. The lyrics of the song were written while Dannii felt the weight of the world on her shoulders as her sister Kylie Minogue battled br**st cancer. The song was produced by Lee Monteverde for LMC Productions and was co-written by Dannii and long-term friend and vocal arranger Terry Ronald. The single was accompanied by a sexy video directed by Phil Griffin, which featured a white snake wrapping itself over her barely clad body. The song peaked at #20 in the UK, #16 in Australia and #31 in Ireland.

July 1992: Was honored to record a cover of The Jackson's track "Show You The Way To Go" for N.M.E's charity album "Ruby Trax". On 20th July 1992, the song was released as her sixth single in both the UK and Australia on 7" vinyl, 12" vinyl, CD and Cassette. The single peaked at #30 in the UK with royalties donated to the British Spastics Society. The single was accompanied by a video directed by 'Liam Kan' and H.L.A. This was the first single to be lifted from her second album "Get Into You".
8th September 1997: Her third studio album "Girl" is released to rave reviews and an exclusive launch party at London's Kemia Bar at Momo. The album peaked at #57 in the UK. The album was released on CD and cassette, and featured the singles: "All I Wanna Do", "Everything I Wanted", "Disrembrance" and the Australian only single: "Coconut/Heaven Can Wait". The Japanese edition of the album featured the bonus track "Someone New", which would later appear on the Australian only single "Coconut/Heaven Can Wait". With the support of her A&R team at Warner Music, Dannii made a move into song writing and dance music. 20th September 1993: Released "This Is The Way", the fourth single from the album "Get Into You" in the UK. The single was released as a 7" Vinyl Poster Bag, 2 CD set, and Cassette. The single peaked at #27 in the UK and was accompanied by a video directed by Willy Smax and Julian Ludlow.
2004: Recorded the new chill-out track "Take Me Inside" with Afterlife. On 15th March 2004, the Christopher Goze Remix of the song appeared on the Australian chill-out compilation CD "Melbourne: The Sex, The City, The Music". In April 2004, the same remix appeared on the new Afterlife album, "Speck Of Gold". The original version of the track was available exclusively as a free download by visiting The Afterlife Lounge and visiting the Music section.
May 2005: "Black & White" magazine in Australia released a glossy book called "Starlust". The special book features the stunning photograph used as the cover image for Dannii's 1993 studio album "Get Into You".
