[2004] His girlfriend committed suicide when he was age 16. Draiman wrote a song called "Inside the Fire" in the 2008 Indestructible album that focuses on her suicide. He attended Loyola University where he triple majored in Business Administration, Political Science, and Philosophy. He was seriously considering law school before he joined the band. Disturbed's song "God of the Mind" has appeared on both "MTV's The Return of the Rock: Volume 2" CD and the "Valentine" Soundtrack.
