Graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.F.A. in Acting and a minor in English. In high school, Erin was heavily involved with Music and Theatre. She performed in numerous productions such as A Thurber Carnival, The Quiet Place, Hello Dolly, Julius Caesar, Death in Scarsdale, A Midsummer Night`s Dream (Puck), The Sandbox (Grandma), 42nd Street (Peggy Sawyer), and Fame (Carmen Diaz). Was nominated for a Robby Award for her work as Johanna in Sweeney Todd at the Pacific Conservatory of Performing Arts (PCPA) in Solvang, California (2002).
