However, he changed his mind and started studying Performing Arts at the Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts (Istanbul, Turkey), where he graduated in 1995. Best friend of actor Fikret Kuskan. Winner of the Best Actor Award at the 1st Annual Primetime Beyaz Inci Award for his role in "Seytan ayrintida gizlidir" in 2005. Winner of the Sadri Alisik Theatre`s Best Actor Award in 2006

After graduating from university, he co-founded the "Kahramanlar ve Soytarilar Tiyatrosu" (Theatre of Heroes and Clowns) with two of his friends and started writing stories for the stage. Isler, who wrote three books, said that the reason for writing all the stories is just for them to be staged.
