Attended the BFA conservatory acting program at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. Just prior to her wedding, she got a role in the movie Hollywood Wives: The New Generation (2003) (TV). She began shooting two days after her nuptials. Acted in local theatre productions in Edmonton and did voice-over work for radio before landing the role of "Beth-Ann" in Ginger Snaps: Unleashed (2004). Lives in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada with her husband, Danny Dorosh [2009].
